How to make this Low Carb Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients you need:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon
4 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp brown mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt
8 oz cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet. Remove pan, let cool and chop.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until brown. Drain grease.
- Stir in the cream cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and season salt. Cook on low until ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the meat mixture into a 8×8 dish.
- Pour the heavy cream on top. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Add in veggies
You can mix in 1 bag of steamed cauliflower rice. This keeps the recipe a one pan dish. Plus it’s an easy way to sneak veggies in with picky eaters.
