Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients you need:
6 slices bacon
4 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
8 oz cheddar cheese
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet. Remove pan, let cool and chop.
- Add the meat to the skillet and brown ground beef. Drain grease.
- Stir in the cream cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, black pepper, and season salt. Cook on low until ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the ground beef mixture into an 8×8 baking dish.
- Pour the heavy cream on top. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Pro Tip: Carb count will vary depending on if you use condiments with no sugar. You can substitute the ground beef with ground chicken or ground turkey.

If you want to make this as a freezer meal for later, then do all the steps above. Once the casserole is cooled in the dish, add it to a freezer-safe container, top with cheese and place in freezer.
Once you are ready to cook the freezer meal, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
