Ingredients for breakfast casserole with sausage
6 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 jalapeño, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to make Breakfast Sausage Casserole
In a skillet, cook the the breakfast sausage until browned.
In a large bowl combine the eggs, cheese, jalapeño, sausage and salt & pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Place mixture into muffin pan.
Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until done.
