This chopped salad recipe is great as a side dish or a light lunch.
Chopped salad is a simple green salad, loaded with bacon and cheese. So delicious and easy to make!
I love a good salad and after forcing my son to try them for the last year or so, he’s finally coming around. Well, as long as it is covered in ranch dressing! And bacon. Bacon makes everything better.
This salad is a great way to get more veggies in your diet. It can also be made ahead of time and placed in the refrigerator until it’s ready to be served.
