How to make an Avocado Frittata
Taco blend cheese
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cook the bacon, chop and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream and taco seasoning.
- Add in the shredded cheese and green chiles.
- Pour the egg mixture in a large cast iron skillet.
- Top with bacon, crumbled queso fresco and avocado slices.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until middle has set.
- Slice and serve warm.
