Parmesan Green Beans are made with fresh green beans, topped with Parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs. Making them the perfect side for any occasion!
Green beans are my absolute favorite vegetable. I could eat them at every meal…but I’m pretty sure my family wouldn’t appreciate it. So I stick to making them just once a week.
To change up the basic green bean recipe, I will make this dish. My family enjoys it and my son always asks for seconds.
If you don’t have panko bread crumbs, you can use whatever you have. But I find that panko can get a little more crispier than regular bread.

How to Make Roasted Parmesan Green Beans
1 lb fresh green beans
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until will coated.
Spread green beans on a large baking sheet.
Cook for about 15 minutes, stir halfway through.
Place on platter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan Cheese if desired.
