I love all things Texan – especially the food. You can’t live in Texas and not appreciate and enjoy Mexican food. I could seriously eat some type of it for every meal. Can you blame me?
The Mexican culture is ingrained in me, plus it’s so dang good! Adding a bit of crumbled La Vaquita® Queso Fresco to any dish gives you that added Mexican flair.

These breakfast tostadas are a breakfast miracle! In under 10 minutes you can whip up a delicious meal for your family that they will devour.
When my husband and I were first married, he refused to take me out to Mexican restaurants because that’s all I wanted to eat. Because of said banning, I learned how to make my favorite dishes. Ha, I really showed him!
If you hadn’t had a chance to try the queso fresco you are certainly missing out. La Vaquita® has been a staple in Texas since 1971 when Maria Castro began making it in her Houston home. It is hand wrapped in Texas and brings authentic Mexican flavor to every dish.
You can pick up this cheese next time you are shopping at Kroger. It goes great with just about any meal and your family will enjoy the added flavor. Also, check out this Ibotta offer for deals.
