I don’t know about you, but I firmly believe that bacon makes everything taste better! We eat avocados almost everyday since that’s about the only healthy thing my little guy will put in his mouth, so I’m always trying to think of new ways to add them to our meals. These only take a few minutes and are really easy.
All you need to do is slice up the avocados and wrap them with precooked sliced bacon. (Of course you can you use regular bacon, but I am all about saving time!) Then just put them in the oven to broil for about 3 minutes.
These bacon wrapped avocado fries make for a fun side dish or appetizer. I definitely plan on making these again.
