How to make Sausage Egg and Potato Casserole Recipe
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
Frozen hash browns
Eggs
Breakfast Sausage
Grated cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper
Milk

To make this recipe, begin by cutting the breakfast sausage into small cubes. Or if you are looking to save more time, you can buy the package sausage crumbles.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a medium-sized bowl, add eggs and beat.
Stir in all the ingredients and until well mixed.
Grease muffin tin.
Scoop the egg mixture into each cup.
Place the muffin tin into the oven and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Once fully cooked, plate the dish and enjoy!

All you have to do is store the leftovers in an air-tight container and then microwave for 30-45 seconds.
You can even make a larger batch and freeze the leftovers. To do so, place it in a ziplock freezer bag and store it in the freezer. These make for a great on-the-go breakfast.
Want them a little crispy? Then place in the air fryer at 400 for 3-4 minutes to get that crispy texture you are looking for.
