How to make low carb Chicken Stir Fry
Garlic salt (or garlic cloves)
In a large pan, add the olive oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
Add in the cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Add in the broccoli and zucchini.
Mix in the teriyaki sauce and honey.
Stir well and let cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle in garlic and let simmer.
Add cauliflower rice to each plate and top with stir fry mixture.
