Pancakes are great for breakfast. Or for brunch and dinner if I’m being honest. These low carb pancakes are easy to make and only take a few minutes to cook.

Tips for making the best keto pancakes
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I never have the patience to let the cream cheese soften before cooking. So instead, let the blender do the work for you and you don’t have to worry about if the cream cheese is soft or not.
Using superfine almond flour will help the pancakes be a little more fluffy.

Ingredients for making low carb pancakes:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 eggs
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, almond flour and eggs. (Or use a blender)
- Beat until smooth.
- Heat up the a non-stick skillet or griddle to medium-high heat.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Pour 4 tablespoons of batter on skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat until all batter has been used.
- Serve warm with sugar free syrup.
