I am so excited that the hot summer days are over, we are back to our normal routine and it’s time for watching some football!
If I’m being completely honest, I’m not sure if it’s the football games or the amazing game day recipes I enjoy the most.

Grilled Shrimp Jalapeño Poppers
Shrimp Stuffed Peppers
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and divined
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
6 oz cream cheese
8 jalapeños
Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños
Place shrimp on your grill (you can also bake in oven) and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Once cooked, chop shrimp and set aside.
Cut jalapeños in half and use a small spoon to remove the seeds.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onion until well mixed.
Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture.
Place poppers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes. Poppers should be seared on the bottom and cheese filling is bubbling.
Top with shrimp and more shredded cheddar cheese. Heat for about 1 minute.
Remove poppers from grill and serve.
