This recipe only uses one pan, which makes kitchen cleanup a breeze. Word to the wise, don’t make this dish if you are hoping to have leftovers the next day for lunch. Your family will devour this recipe and always ask for seconds.

How to make Green Chili Chicken Skillet
Ingredients:
Garlic, minced
Jalapeño, chopped
Almond milk
Heavy cream
Cream cheese
Butter
Canned green chilis
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Shredded chicken
Directions:
Add butter, minced garlic and chopped jalapeños in a skillet on medium heat.
Sauté for about 1 minute.
Add in the almond milk, cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese and canned chilis.
Whisk ingredients until all of the cheese has melted.
Stir in the shredded chicken.
Top with more cheddar cheese and place a lid on the skillet.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

This recipe is incredibly easy to make and is packed with lots of flavor. I prefer to make it with chicken shredded from a rotisserie chicken. Mainly because I’m too lazy to cook the chicken myself. But you can always cook your own chicken and shred, use leftovers or even canned chicken.

The side dishes that go great with this recipe is endless! You can serve it with a side salad, Parmesan green beans, loaded potato skins or keto cheddar bacon biscuits.
