This mixed berry smoothie only takes 5 minutes to make. Sometimes there are days when I need a little extra help getting my digestive system back on track and that’s when I add MiraLAX® to my tasty mixed berry smoothie – it’s easy to take and easy on the body.
Smoothies are a great way to keep your diet in balance and loaded with fruit. The combinations of all the berries makes for a refreshing smoothie. Perfect for these hot summer days.
How to make a mixed berry smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup almond milk
Ice
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and feel free to top with additional berries if desired.
