Of course everyone loves potatoes and I’m a huge believer that everything tastes better with avocados. I actually made these sliders with plant based “meat” because we had guests that didn’t eat beef.

How to make Guacamole Potato Sliders
Ingredients needed:
2 large potatoes
Guacamole
1 pound ground meat
taco seasoning packet
Spray oil
How to Make Guacamole Potato Skins
Wash, dry and cut potatoes into 1/4” slices.
Place potatoes on baking sheet, spray with oil and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
While potatoes are cooking, cook the ground meat and add taco seasoning to it.
Place one potato slice on a plate, scoop of guacamole and then top with seasoned meat.
Serve and enjoy!
