Sliders are so much fun and so easy to change up with any ingredients you want. These potato guacamole sliders are great to serve as party appetizers or for bite size dinner.
Of course everyone loves potatoes and I’m a huge believer that everything tastes better with avocados. I actually made these sliders with plant based “meat” because we had guests that didn’t eat beef.
Regardless of your protein of choice, these sliders are sure to be winner.
Plus they are a breeze to make and are delicious.
How to make Potato Guacamole Sliders
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 pound ground meat
- taco seasoning packet
- Spray oil
- Wash, dry and cut potatoes into 1/4” slices.
- Place potatoes on baking sheet, spray with oil and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While potatoes are cooking, cook the ground meat and add taco seasoning to it.
- Place one potato slice on a plate, scoop of guacamole and then top with seasoned meat.
- Serve and enjoy!
