How to make Spicy Bow Tie Pasta
Ingredients needed:
Bow tie pasta
Small chopped onion
Red bell pepper chopped
sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
Sliced cherry tomatoes
1 can rotel
Oregano
Basil
Boil pasta as directed. In a separate pan add olive oil and saute onions then add peppers, mushrooms and saute. Add can of rotel and cook for 5 minutes, then add cherry tomatoes. Drain pasta, add to tomato mixture. Sprinkle on oregano and basil. Place lid on pan and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
This pasta is paired perfectly with this strawberry salad. Simply add mixed greens, strawberries, sliced avocado and walnuts. Serve with raspberry walnut dressing.

This pasta sounds (and looks) delish!
This looks yummy and perfect for any Summer day, or as a light lunch. I'm not sure why this recipe says Summertime to me, but I'm sure it'd be just as tasty in the fall too. 😉 Plus avocado added to anything is an A+ in my book. I'm so glad you linked up to DDT this week, you blog is adorable! Love the name!
This sounds quite delicious! I do appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
