The Lucy Charms cereals is the best part of the dessert. We all remember eating this cereal as a child. I remember the rainbow marshmallows always being my favorite.
These cupcakes are so simple to make and look almost too good to eat. These cupcakes are a fun dessert to have your kids help decorate.
How to make Lucky Charms Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 can whipped frosting
- 12 Golden Oreos
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees and line cupcake pan with liners.
- Combine the cake mix, eggs, vanilla extract and oil in a large bowl.
- Using a large spoon, add the cake mix to the cupcake pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until completely cooked through.
- Once cupcakes are cool, add the icing.
- Garnish with Lucky Charms and 1 Oreo.
