How to make hot chocolate brownies
Ingredients:
all purpose flour
baking powder
salt
butter
eggs
unsweetened chocolate
brown sugar
sugar
hot chocolate mix
semi-sweet chocolate chips
vanilla extract
mini marshmallows
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9×13 pan.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, hot chocolate, baking powder, and salt.
In a small pot, melt together the butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes,
Top with mini marshmallows and broil for 3-5 minutes.
Let cool and then serve.

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows

What I like about this recipe is that if you aren’t a baker or don’t have all the ingredients on hand, you can always use a box of brownie mix. Add in the hot cocoa mix and top with marshmallows.
