This bacon apple bruschetta is an appetizer you can’t put down. The combination of apple and bacon really brings out the flavor and is great for enjoying while dining al fresco.
It doesn’t get much better than this mouth watering bruschetta. It’s so good we usually have it as our dinner, but it’s also the perfect appetizer.

How to make bacon apple bruschetta
Ingredients needed:
Baguette
Red apples
Onion
Garlic
Cherry tomatoes
Pepper Jack cheese
Turkey bacon
1/2 cup Apple cider or apple juice
Bacon Apple Bruschetta Recipe
This bacon apple bruschetta is an appetizer you can’t put down. The combination of apple and bacon really brings out the flavor and is great for enjoying while dining al fresco.
Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 1 Red apple, chopped
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1 Garlic glove, minced
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 12 slices Turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup Apple cider or apple juice
Instructions
- In one pan add the chopped apples and apple juice. Cook until apples are soft and slightly brown.
- In separate pan, cook the turkey bacon. Once cooked, chop into pieces and set to the side. In the same pan (with bacon grease), brown the onions and minced garlic. Mix in the bacon, and turn heat to low.
- Butter the sliced baguette and broil in oven until butter is melted. Then add slices of pepper jack cheese, broil until brown.
- Add the apples, garlic/onion/bacon mix and top with cherry tomatoes and you are ready to devour this bruschetta!
