How to make homemade blueberry donuts
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup frozen blueberry
Bake Blueberry Donuts
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt in mixing bowl.
Stir in buttermilk, eggs, butter and vanilla.
Lightly mix in the blueberries.
Add mix to donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
*If you don’t want to use buttermilk, you can substitute for regular dairy milk or vanilla almond milk. Toss the blueberries in flour and then into the mixture. This will prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the batter.
