These maple bacon donuts are the bomb! Saturday morning breakfast usually consists of donuts and this is my favorite donut recipe. So easy and delicious – plus it has bacon. Everything is better with bacon.
How to make Baked Maple Bacon Donuts
Dough:
1 cup pancake mix
3/4 cup water
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 drops vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
Directions:
- In large bowl, combine the pancake mix and water. Place in greased donut pan and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl mix together the glaze ingredients.
- Dip cooled donuts in icing.
- Sprinkle with cooked, chopped bacon.
- Enjoy!
