Smoothies, smoothies, smoothies. I can’t get enough of them! I enjoy sipping on smoothies any time of day because they taste so good. Plus they are easy to make and are an easy way to sneak in fruit into your daily diet.
This smoothie only takes about 5 minutes to whip up…basically the best 5 minutes of your day.
How to make a Strawberry Avocado Smoothie
1 cup milk (any variety will work)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add avocado, strawberries, milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- If wanting a sweeter flavor, add honey and blend.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
