Maple bacon cupcakes
2 cups Pancake Mix
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can Buttercream frosting
6 slices of bacon (I used turkey bacon)
Pancake Syrup

How to make these breakfast-inspired cupcakes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place cupcake liners in muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Fill liner of cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
