This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Weave Made Media®, and Hillshire Farm®, but all my opinions are my own. #weavemade #HillshireNaturals http://my-disclosur.es/RgFrEH
Here in Texas it is hot, hot, hot! As in, I feel like we are living on the face of the sun hot. Because of this, I try to make a few weeknight meals that are easy and delicious without having to turn on the oven.
One of my go-to summer meals is this ham and avocado wrap. You can also change these wraps up with different veggies to give you a variety, making it ideal to have a few times a week. I make these with Hillshire Farm Naturals® Black Forest Ham that is 100% natural. This lunch meat has no artificial ingredients, is 97% fat free and is gluten free. Not to mention that I saved $.75 while at Tom Thumb by using the Just4U digital coupon, which is good through 8/9/15 (while supplies last).
This wrap is perfect for hot summer nights or packing a lunch for when you are on the go.
Ingredients needed:
Hillshire Farm Naturals® Black Forest Ham
Spicy Mustard
Cheddar Cheese
Spinach
Avocado slices
Tortillas
On a tortilla, spread a thin layer of spicy mustard. Take 1 slice of cheese, cut it in half and line them up in the center of the tortilla. Add 2 slices of the lunch meat, spinach and avocado slices. Roll up and cut diagonally. Serve with fruit and enjoy!
Another great reason (as if you need you one) to choose Hillshire Farm Naturals, is that they have a “Love It or We’ll Eat it” campaign where they will donate a lunch to someone in need if you “Love It” and if not they will refund your money.
What is your go-to meal on hot summer days?

I am an avocado addict and these wraps looks awesome! I love the Hillshire farms naturals line as well. I find that lunch tastes fresher with it.
This is pretty similar to my go-to summer lunch! I will use whole wheat tortillas, avocado and the Naturals meats. Sometimes I will put some hard boiled egg on it too.
My sisters would love this, especially to take with them for lunch. Lite and healthy is the way to go.
These wraps look so yummy. Thanks for sharing at our Cooking and Crafting with J & J party this week!

Nice idea – change the spicy mustard for most kids, and you've got a good lunch option 🙂
