If your child likes anything that involves a mess, then this activity is for you! We already had all the materials and decided to do this in the kitchen since it’s still summer in Texas.
Supplies needed:
Sand
Baking Soda
Vinegar
Food Coloring (optional)
Form the sand into a volcano shape and then hollow out a hole.
Fill the hole with a cup of baking soda then pour a cup of vinegar to make it erupt. It will quickly bubble over! You can add the food coloring if you want to change the color of the bubbles.
Make sure you have plenty of baking soda and vinegar because your little one will want to do this over and over again.
