Isn’t fall a wonderful season? The weather is finally getting cooler and all I want to do is snuggle on the couch with a cozy blanket and read with my little guy. Enjoy this season with a few of my favorite children books.
- Fall Mixed Up
- Squirrel’s Fall Search
- Mouse’s First Fall
- God Gave Us Thankful Hearts
- There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Turkey!
- Animals in Fall
- Fletcher and the Falling Leaves
What are your favorite fall books for children?

Thanks for the recommendations! I'll have to pass these on to my little sister.
Seasonal books for children are a great idea. These look like some great choices.
I get a lot of books to share with the kids I work with and I'm always impressed by the range of new books on the seasons. I like what you've listed too.
Oh, these are interesting list. I will share it with my older sister, her tweens will like these books.
Oh I love fall and I love children's books. A world of beauty and words.
Fall is not a big thing here in South Africa (we are more of spring people..lol), however since it is very close to the Easter season here – those activities and literature take centre stage. I'll look up some of the books from Kindle and start our own fall reading list.
