How to make Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter, melted
Sugar
Brown sugar
Large Egg
Vanilla extract
Baking soda
All-purpose flour
Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
- Mix in a large bowl or stand mixer the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on low.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract and blend.
- Mix in cocoa powder, salt, flour, and baking soda. Scraping bowl as you go.
- Slowly mix in chocolate chips.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Make 12 balls of dough and place them on a cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake cookies for 10-12minutes, or until the edges of golden.
- Let cookies cool to room temperature for 15 minutes before roaming from the pan. Then place on a wire rack or serve!
