Cool weather and comfort food? Yes please! I don’t know about you, but when
the weather gets cooler I want to get in the kitchen to make some of my
favorite foods. We had a babysitter the other night, so the hubby and I made
this spinach artichoke dip using Kraft cheese and enjoyed being able to actually talk and enjoy each
others company. Which is a rarity when you have a blabber mouth like our son.
Ingredients needed:
thawed
chopped
cheese
cheese
- Preheat oven
to 350 degrees - Combine
ingredients in a bowl and pour mixture in a small baking dish - Bake for
25-30 minutes or until cheeses are melted - Feel free to
add another handful of Kraft mozzarella to the top of dip and bake for another
5 minutes. - Serve with fried
tortilla chips and baked baguette for dipping. - Enjoy!
This is by
far one of my favorite fall recipes. It’s warm, cheesy and is a flavor
explosion in your mouth. To top it off you get to dip the toasted bread and
tortilla chips in it. This dish is easy to make and is the perfect appetizer or snack. I like that I can do a quick run to Walmart for the ingredients and make the dish within an hour. Easy and yummy!
Do you have a favorite comfort food you like to make during the fall?

Oh YUM!! I never thought to add shredded mozzarella on top before. Am definitely going to have to try that next time, thanks for the inspiration.
I've never had artichoke dip but this one looks really creamy. It must be perfect for dipping veggies.

I love this dip and had no idea it was so easy to make. We have never made it at home I thought it would be far to complicated. I can not wait to try it!
I love to order this when we dine out! Artichoke is one of my all-time favorites.
If it gets really cold I want to make stuffed cabbage–definite comfort food for me. This dip does sound really delicious.
