Pasta – I used the Wildgrain Subscription Box pasta
Parmesan Cheese – this recipe is best when you use freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Smoked Sausage – Can use either turkey sausage or pork sausage
Red pepper flakes – This is optional, but I always like added spice to my dishes
Butter – Grass-fed butter is great for homemade Alfredo sauce
Easy Alfredo Pasta
Cut the sausage into slices and cook in a large skillet.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
In a large pan, add butter and saute the garlic.
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Stir until the sauce thickens and then fold in the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Add the sausage to the Alfredo sauce and stir. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Plate the pasta and top with the sausage Alfredo sauce.

What is Wildgrain Subscription Box
What makes this recipe so delicious is the pasta I received from my Wildgrain Subscription box. The pasta comes frozen and all you have to do is cook it, add in your ingredients and you’re done.
Of course, you can’t serve pasta without bread. I made the Plain Sourdough Loaf go with this recipe. No thawing is required, simply bake in the oven, and in about 30 minutes you have a delicious loaf of freshly baked bread.
