How to make Grilled Chili Lime Beer Shrimp
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Michelob ULTRA
1 lb. Shrimp
2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Honey
1/4 cup Cilantro
2 tsp Lime
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to medium high.
- In a small bowl mix together the cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, honey and beer.
- Add 4-5 shrimp to wooden skewers.
- Rub the marinate on both sides of shrimp skewers.
- Grill for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
