There is so much to enjoy this time year. The weather is wonderful, school is almost out for the year and the peaches are ripe for picking! The Texas Hill Country is know for their juicy, perfectly grown peaches. So when I started seeing the peaches pop up at my local Walmart, I couldn’t wait to pick up all the ingredients and make this strawberry peach mini pie.
To make this pie you will need:
6 Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
2 Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt
3 peaches, peeled and sliced
Reddi-wip® original
Directions:
- Set out all 6 of the mini pie crusts.
- Scoop out the yogurt evenly into all 6 pie crusts and smooth the top.
- Place 3 slices of peaches on each pie.
- Spray a dollop of Reddi-wip® on top.
- Serve immediately.
I don’t know what it is about Reddi-wip®, but it sure does taste great and make any dessert look wonderful. Add all of these ingredients together and you have the perfect pie. Plus it’s another way I can get my son to eat more fruit!
This easy and light dessert is the perfect after school snack that the kiddos can help you whip up. But I’m going to be honest – you don’t really need a reason! Using the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust you can make effortless pies that are great for big parties or a party of one. The best part is that there is no baking required, easy cleanup and can be made in 5 minutes. Seriously, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Yum! I love peaches, but would have never thought to pair them with yogurt. What a delicious idea. I'll have to pick these ingredients up at the store and make them for our next dinner party.
Great dessert for the summer! I will try and make this in the coming weeks, doubt it will look that good though haha
