What I love about Houston is that there is always something to do! Everything from shopping at flea markets, spending the day at a Texas waterfall or spending a day exploring a u-pick farm.
The Best Houston Pumpkin Patches
Blessington Farms
Where: 510 Chisolm Trail Simonton, TX 77476
Cost: $19 per person (kids 18 months and under are free).
When: Every Saturday & Sunday from September 25-October 31 from 10 am – 5 pm
Details: This cute pumpkin patch and fall festival has everything from hayrides, giant slides, barrel train rides, pedal cars, and animal encounters with camels, Baby Doll sheep, goats, and more.
All activities are included except for fishing which is $6.
Dewberry Farm
Where: FM 362 & Morrison Rd Brookshire, TX 77423
Cost: $20 and includes most activities.
When: Open weekends from September 25 to November 15, with several Fridays open
Details: The farm features an 8-acre corn maze, pumpkins to pick, jumping pillows, climbing wall, slide mountain, carousel, face painting, pony rides, and train rides.
They also have a wine and beer garden for adults. There is also a wide variety of food options scattered around the farm.
Froberg’s Farm

Cost: Prices vary by activity
When: September 25 to November 7
Details: They have classic fall festival games like the Plastic Duck Races, Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos, Emoji Cannon, Friendly Fire, and Bee Coaster.
Halter Inc.
Where: 17410 Clay Rd, Houston, TX 77084
Cost: $5 parking and $10 per person admission – most activities are included
When: Oct. 16, 17, 23, 24, 31 from 12 pm- 5 pm
Details: This 30-acre ranch has plenty of outdoor fun for everyone. Visitors can go on Pony Rides, Mini Cart Rides, and Mini Horse Obstacle course. As well as a petting zoo, stock yard maze, haunted trail and plenty of pumpkins for purchase.

Oil Ranch
Where: 23501 Macedonia Rd., Hockely, TX 77447
Cost: $20 general admission and kids under 2 are free
When: Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Details: Hosts the Scarecrow Festival that features 85 scarecrow scenes that are scattered around the ranch.
Old Macdonald’s Farm

Old Time Christmas Tree Farm

Details: This Christmas Tree Farm turns into an Autumn wonderland that includes pumpkins, train rides, hayride, petting zoo, bounce houses, inflatable corn maze, and more. Come hungry and purchase BBQ favorites, funnel cakes, or fried Oreos!
P-6 Farms

Details: This is a family tradition for many at this U-Pick pumpkin patch.
This farm has numerous attractions like the pig race show, corn maze, photo booths, farm animals, cow train, wheelbarrow races, tire mountain, apple blasters, mini coasters, small ferris wheel, glass funhouse, slides hay bale maze and so much more.
Oh, and did we mention all the food? Offerings include BBQ sandwiches, kettle corn, pumpkin donuts, and lemonade to name a few.
St. Andrews Episcopal Church

When: Sept. 25 – Oct. 31 weekdays from noon – 8 pm and weekends from 10 am- 8 pm
Details: St. Andrew’s Pumpkin Patch is consistently named one of the top pumpkin patches in the greater Houston area.
They offer the pumpkin patch, several background photos ops, trick-or-treat in the patch, thousands of pounds of pumpkins, gourds, fall decorations, and carving kits for sale.
TGR Exotics Pumpkin Patch
