With a melon baller just scoop out sections of green apples. This is the hardest part, but after a few tries I finally made perfect little balls. While the caramel is heating up place straws or cake pop sticks into the apples. Then dip them in the caramel, sprinkle on some crushed peanuts and place on a cookie sheet.
*Make sure the apples are at room temperature and let the caramel cool before you dip. Otherwise the caramel will not stick to the apples.
Perfect snack for snuggling your little ones while reading books. Yum!
