Schedule a strict time for it
If you schedule dedicated time for blog writing, not only are you more likely to actually sit down and write, but you will have a strict time limit to adhere to, which means you are less likely to keep getting distracted by various things on and offline.
Write multiple posts on the same topic
You can often save a lot of time and produce a lot more content by grouping your writing topics together. For example, it is often easier to write three articles on home decor at the same time because you can do one lot of research about, say wallpaper trends, but you can turn it into multiple pieces, such as “On-trend wallpaper colors” How to decorate with Geomentric Wallpaper” and “Which wallpaper Patterns are In Right Now” for example.
In general, grouping like tasks together saves tie because when you aren’t constantly switching your focus, it is much easier to concentrate and get things done.

Single-task
Multi-tasking often seems like the best way to be as productive as possible, but that is simply not the case. Single-tasking has been proven to be more efficient for most people, and it often results in better work too.
How does this help you as a blogger? If you can separate out tasks by, for example, writing an outline in one window of time, writing the post in another, editing in another, then it will help you to get more done, and the results are sure to be much better too.
The more productive you are as a blogger, the more content you can create, and the more content you have up online, the more people you are likely to attract, which is why productivity is such an important part of being a blogger.
