We celebrated Father’s Day last Sunday because we will be out of town this weekend. Plus we just couldn’t contain the excitement of giving our #1 dad his gift! He enjoys grilling out for his family and needed some new supplies, so I knew I had to do a grill basket for my favorite chef.
I picked up all the supplies at The Home Depot and purchased the Kingsford Original Twinpack for only $9.88! With this being over half off, I couldn’t resist. Summer is meant for backyard grilling and I wanted to stock up for all of our summer cookouts.
To create your Father’s Day grill basket you need the following supplies:
Large galvanized tub
Kingsford Original Twinpack
Lighter fluid
Matches
Wood skewers
Grill mitt
Grill tool set
I used a galvanized tub because it can be used as ice cooler to make the perfect drink station for out door BBQ’s. Once you place all the items in the tub, you still need to spruce it up a bit. I created a banner that I printed and taped to the from of the tub. You can download the #1 DAD banner here and add it to your gifts.
This grilling basket is the perfect gift for any man in your life!
You can find great recipe ideas here! Now head over to The Home Depot to pick up your Kingsford Charcoal.
