Gardens Aglimmer at the Botanical Gardens
Sparkling snowflake, a blue light pond with swans, multicolor tunnel of lights, flowers, and flowers are what transforms the Waterfront Botanical Gardens.
Lights Under Louisville at The Mega Caverns
This is an absolute must-do when visiting Kentucky! Located near the Louisville Zoo, Louisville Mega cavern’s lights is a 100-acre limestone cavern.

Happening after Thanksgiving is Louisville’s annual Christmas tree lighting. The event takes place on Jefferson Square and Metro Hall.
This free event celebrates all the winter holidays and has decorations for Christmas, Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah.
Light Up St. Matthews
This free event takes place at Brown Park. Guests can enjoy photos with Santa, ice skating, train rides, musical entertainment, cookies, and hot chocolate.
Each evening at 6 pm, the park is lit up with thousands of Christmas lights and light displays.
Winter Illuminations in The Parklands
Located at the Parklands at Floyd’s Fork, is a lighted winter trail that guests can walk through.
The mile trail is decorated with twinkling lights, light installations, and music.
Winter Wood Spectacular at Iroquois Park
Guests will enjoy a half-mile driving path that is decorated with stained glass windows, twinkling lights, holiday decorations, and lighted characters.

Ice Skating
Put on your winter gear and head to Fete De Noel. This Christmas market features an ice skating rink, Christmas lights, a holiday market, Santa’s Workshop, and gourmet hot chocolate.
Guests can rent skates for 60. Minutes and enjoy the only outdoor rink in Louisville. The market runs from November to early January.
