One of the many reasons I enjoy living in Fort Worth is because it’s unique and there is always something new to do. My girlfriends and I decided to skip our usual brunch outing and mix it up with a tour at TX Whiskey Distillery.
Whiskey Ranch is located on 112 acres on the historic Glen Garden Country Club, with stunning views of downtown Fort Worth. The hour long tour takes you through the process of making the whiskey, how they bottle and make the custom leather caps. Then finish off with a whiskey tasting at the tavern (For those 21 and over).

This is definitely a perfect way to spend the afternoon with friends. The entire property is well maintained, beautiful, rustic buildings and decor which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Whether you drink whiskey or not, this is a great experience. To see the process is so fascinating and a unique adventure in Fort Worth.

Tours are given Thursday – Saturday at 12:30 & 2 p.m. and are $15 – must be over 18. You’ll also want to make sure you have time to visit the gift shop. They have cute t-shirts, books, glasses and of course whiskey.
