SER Steak + Spirits is the Hilton Anatole’s signature fine dining restaurant, located on the 27th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Dallas skyline. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic dinner, special occasion, or simply indulging in a top-tier meal.
My husband and I enjoy cocktails, shrimp, steak, and the most gorgeous cheesecake! We were celebrating our anniversary and it was the perfect date night restaurant.
Media Grill & Bar
This is the go-to spot for casual dining, drinks, and a lively atmosphere. The menu features a variety of modern American dishes, from juicy burgers and gourmet sandwiches to salads and shareable appetizers. It’s the perfect place for lunch, dinner, or a late-night bite.
Counter Offer
For guests on the go, Counter Offer provides a convenient grab-and-go market experience. Guests can also order Starbucks coffee, freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, salads, and other light fare. It’s perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or pick-me-up during a busy day.
Room Service
The in-room dining menu includes a variety of dishes from the hotel’s restaurants, available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even late-night snacks. From hearty entrees to light bites and desserts, there’s something to satisfy every craving.

JadeWaters Resort Pool Complex is the resort pool area that dreams are made of. With a lazy river, thrilling water slides, and cozy cabanas, we spent most of the day there just soaking up the sun and good vibes.

The water park also offers up a swim-up bar at Leisure Cove, which is a great location for those wanting to relax without all the kids around.
JadeWaters Grill & Bar is a great dining option for those who don’t want to leave the pool area. They offer grab-and-go options or a full menu with freshly made salads, veggie platters with hummus, brisket-loaded fries, and more!
Outdoor Games
The lawn area that is located at the entrance of JadeWater features lawn games. Throughout the year, the hotel has special events like live music, movies on the lawn, foam parties, and more.
Spa & Fitness Center
Verandah Athletic Club & Spa Is a great place to relax and unwind. The spa offers various massage and spa treatments including hot stone, deep tissue, signature Swedish, and more.
Guests have the opportunity to work out in the 80,000-square-foot fitness center. It features cardio machines, a strength training room, an indoor lap pool, a cycling studio, group classes, and saunas.
Topgolf Swing Suite
We booked a swing suite after dinner and had so much fun! Players get to choose which virtual game they want to play – can play best ball or choose from over 40 courses.
If golf isn’t your thing, no worries. You can choose other games like baseball, football, and hockey.
Also, guests do not have to have a hotel reservation to book a reservation, and is is open daily from 4 – 11 pm.
Special Events & Packages
Throughout the year, the resort has special events and holiday activities for guests to enjoy. I especially recommend visiting during Christmas at the Anatole, when the hotel turns into a magical holiday celebration.
