The event will celebrate his new book, The Red Rooster Cookbook: The Story of Food and Hustle in Harlem. With any purchase of $35 or more in the Home Department you will receive a free copy of the cookbook and have it signed by Chef Samuelsson.
For those not familiar with Samuelsson, he was the youngest chef to ever receive a three-star restaurant review from The New York Times! Born in Ethiopia and raised in Sweden Samuelsson brings a unique twist on his culinary creations making unique and flavorful.
In addition to Marcus sharing his culinary secrets, there will be performances by The Rakiem Walker Project and NYC-based dance group W.A.F.F.L.E.!
