S’mores cupcakes are always a good idea! The other night we were in the mood for cupcakes and after searching through the pantry, this is what we made. It was delicious! I’m not a huge fan of icing, but melted chocolate is THE BOMB.
Here is what you need:
Milk chocolate, melted
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
Marshmallows, cut in half
- Bake cupcakes as directed on box. Let cook for 10 minutes before adding the toppings.
- Dip cupcake top into melted chocolate.
- Then roll in crushed graham crackers.
- Top with marshmallows and sprinkle a little more graham crackers.
These are some seriously yummy cupcakes. The perfect treat to make just because!
