We are all busy. Whether you stay at home with the kids or work outside the house, time is limited. Not to mention that we are just exhausted!
Since I work at a University, there is a nice workout facility with group exercise classes offered during the lunch hour. This is about the only time during the day that I can exercise. I only get a few hours each evening with my son and I don’t want to spend them sweating in a gym! If the weight room isn’t an option for you during work hours, you can still spend that time going for a walk outside. Not only is working out a great stress reliever but I typically have more energy afterwards.
On the weekends we try to do some sort of physical activity, a walk around the neighborhood or a trip to the park to just get us moving. I will say that it is hard to get going at first, but once you make exercise a habit, it just comes second nature to make time for it in your busy day.
