Awe, I love the wonderful smell of cinnamon coming from the oven. This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes for feeding the whole family – and we all know how hard it is to find food that everyone will enjoy! This simple bread pudding recipe is easy to make and delicious.
4 slices cinnamon bread, cubed
1 cup milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay the bread evenly in baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cinnamon and maple syrup. Then pour over the bread. Bake for 45 minutes and top is golden brown. Add syrup as desired.
